Wasilah Global Group Berhad was incorporated in 19th June 2013. It’s started off from a humble setup under the name Wasilah Engineering Sdn. Bhd.

Wasilah Group is a 100% Bumiputera status company specializing in diversified business which includes engineering, manufacturing, agriculture, trading and services.

Our multi-disciplined can be seen presence in the sectors of M&E, E&E, Civil, Marine, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Renewable Energy, Plantation, Food & Beverage, Hospitality as well as renewable energy industries. Board of Directors

EXECUTIVES PROFILE

Maamor bin Masri, aged 55, is the founder of Wasilah Engineering Sdn. Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wasilah Global Group Berhad. He was appointed President and Group of CEO of Wasilah Global Group Berhad. He graduated with a Bachelor of Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the University Technology Malaysia (UTM) in 1995.

He began his career in 2000 set up enterprise entirely known as Vision E Consultant and Business Development Director of Proven Reliance Sdn Bhd in 2002. He has been involved in wide range of business including project management, engineering, ICT, construction, manufacturing, marine, property development, plantation and trading towards his career. In November 2005, he became the Managing Director of Wasilah Engineering Sdn. Bhd. and has since been the main driving force behind the company’s growth and expansion.

He is a Board of Director of Wasilah Global Group Berhad, Wasilah Engineering Sdn Bhd , Byru International (M) Berhad , Awana Technic Industrial Sdn. Bhd. , Kudrat Perkasa Sdn. Bhd. , Wasilah Global Auto Sdn. Bhd. and Putra Bina Bangun Sdn. Bhd.
