BIMB is also an International Trading company listed in Bursa Malaysia.

Wasilah Engineering Sdn Bhd (WESB) started in 2001 as an engineering system contracting and business solution provider, focusing on delivering services, maintenance and value added solution for contracting works. WESB is registered with CIDB under category G7 (Class A) and The Ministry of Finance (MOF) and actively participates in government and private sector procurement and tender activities, both local and overseas.
Awana Technic Industrial Sdn Bhd
Awana Technic Industrial Sdn Bhd (ATISB) was incorporated in 2003. It focuses on technical support in Mechanical Engineering such as designing fabricating, integrating, customizing machine, steel works, components and equipments for industries. ATISB also operates a naval dockyard facilities complete with slipway to cater maintenance projects for ship and marine vessels.

WASILAH GLOBAL AUTO SDN BHD was established in August 2012 and is the automotive division of the group. WGASB is proud to associate with Proton as a 3S dealer for 13 years. WGASB now focuses on AP holders (2019) and a member of PEKEMA. The group has expanded its modus operandi to include other makes and models comprising imported MPVs, luxury and performance cars, hybrid and electric vehicles as well as motorcycles. Positioned in Seri Kembangan, the group is expected to expand its presence nationwide.

Kudrat Perkasa Sdn Bhd (KPSB) was instituted in 26 August 2014 specializing in small to medium construction & civil works, engineering, mechanical & electrical services. KPSB actively involved in plantation and other related activities.

Koperasi Wasilah WP Berhad (KOWAS) was established in 2017. The initial membership of KOWAS is 50 members, comprising of the management, employees and family members of Wasilah Global Group Bhd and its subsidiary. KOWAS inaugural establishment business is to involved in housing development projects and related businesses. Soon it will embark on other projects and businesses.
